This version is still stored locally in this browser. A future cloud version will need secure sign-in, hosted storage, and a data migration from your downloaded JSON backups. Colours and workflows are designed to carry over; no online synchronization is enabled yet.
Gmail + HubSpot email
Open a client record and choose Compose in Gmail to start an email in your Gmail account, including additional people. Sent messages and replies remain in Gmail. Use the HubSpot extension inside Gmail for email-open tracking. This CRM does not have Gmail authorization, two-way synchronization, or automatic email history.
Keep your information safe
Cloud test: data is synchronized with your private Supabase record while online. Save regular JSON backups. Changes are not saved if a sync error is reported. Do not use for real client records until security and recovery tests pass.
Export a JSON backup regularly. CSV is useful for Excel or Sheets but does not preserve the full restore format. Restoring replaces the data currently on this device.

Open Follow-ups each morning, contact anyone overdue or due today, then update their last-contact date and schedule your next conversation. Use Deal pipeline to see what might close next.
